Urban Land Economics

My education and experience provide an exceptional basis for describing and quantifying parameters for urban land analysis. I therefore have the experience and credentials to apply social and economic observations to specific proposals for principals, developers, institutions, public-private partnerships and others requiring detailed market analysis and project support.

I have achieved an Appraisal Institute accredited Master of Arts from the University of Florida in 1992 as well as the MAI designation, and also completed post-graduate work in advanced econometrics.

I may be engaged directly or provide a single element of a larger study.

Services include price or rent studies, market profiles, highest and best use analysis of development alternatives, subdivision feasibility, and rent-or-own analyses.
